    • Overview of Seller Finance Program

    This seller finance program allows qualified clients to purchase a hyperbaric chamber from Oxygen Ark Ltd. by spreading the cost over multiple installments, making it more accessible and convenient for those with a credit score of over 720. Please note that Oxygen Ark retains the discretion to approve or decline financing based on the client’s creditworthiness.

    Step 1: Credit Check The client sends an authorization letter with their signature to Oxygen Ark Ltd. A non-refundable checking fee of USD 50 is paid by the client. Oxygen Ark conducts a credit check on the client. Oxygen Ark confirms the client's credit score is over 720 and qualifies for seller finance. Note: It's important to note that Oxygen Ark retains the discretion to decide whether to offer finance to the client or not.
    Step 2: Documentation If the credit check is successful and the client qualifies, they move on to the documentation phase. The client and Oxygen Ark sign a Proforma Invoice, outlining the terms and conditions of the transaction. A Seller Finance Agreement is also signed and attached to the Proforma Invoice, formalizing the financing arrangement between the client and Oxygen Ark.
    Step 3: Initial Payment and Shipment With the documentation in place, the client proceeds with the initial payment, which includes a down payment of 25% of the purchase price and freight charges associated with the delivery of the hyperbaric chamber.
    Step 4: 5 Installment Payments After the initial payment is settled, and upon receipt of the chamber, the buyer enters into an installment payment schedule, where they are required to make monthly payments equal to 15% of the total purchase price. Oxygen Ark sends the buyer payment links for the remaining 5 installments, as per the agreed-upon schedule. The buyer is responsible for making these installment payments on time until the entire purchase price is paid in full.

    Product Coverage Our seller finance program covers a range of hyperbaric chambers manufactured by Oxygen Ark Ltd. Financed products include: 301 Monoplace Hyperbaric Chamber / 302 Monoplace Hyperbaric Chamber / 401 Recliner Hyperbaric Chamber / 601 Ball Shape Hyperbaric Chamber / 901 Hard-Shelled Hyperbaric Chamber
    Age Coverage To be eligible for our seller finance program, clients must be under the age of 60 at the time of application. Geography Coverage: Our seller finance program is currently available for clients residing within the contiguous United States.
    Exclusion Criteria Please note that this program is exclusively open to individual buyers. Clinics, health centers, gyms, and distributors are excluded from participating in this seller finance program.

    Default and Remedy

    In the event of default on the seller finance agreement, Oxygen Ark Ltd. reserves the right to take appropriate actions to remedy the situation. Default occurs when the buyer fails to fulfill their payment obligations as outlined in the agreement. Here are the options we may take:

    1. Legal Action: Oxygen Ark Ltd. retains the legal right to pursue legal action against the buyer in the event of default. This may include filing a legal case to recover the outstanding payments and any associated costs.
    2. Transfer to Third-Party Debt Collection Agency: In addition to legal action, Oxygen Ark Ltd. may choose to transfer the case to a reputable third-party debt collection agency. The debt collection agency will work independently to recover the outstanding debt on behalf of Oxygen Ark Ltd.

    It is essential for buyers participating in our seller finance program to honor their payment commitments as per the agreed-upon terms and conditions.
